We had a lovely stay here as always. The new pool is awesome and the staff is really friendly. I really enjoy staying here :)

I was 1 month stationed in Windhoek for work and despite traveling and staying over solo, I did not feel very solo during my stay. The staff where all very helpfull and made me feel very much welcome and at home and in many cases offered tailored service to my needs despite the difficult working hours regarding for instance opening hours of restaurant. It seems very mondane but it is these small details that often make a lot for a guest and I really apprecated this gesture to make life a bit easier. overall great place to stay, enough provisions (even though I was not able to make us of all of then due to busy schedule). Clean and well equipped rooms and great service.

I’ve stayed at Windhoek Country Club on every single business trip to Namibia for the past few years—easily 8–10 visits—and it never disappoints. As someone who travels here regularly for work, consistency is everything, and this place delivers every time. Location is spot-on: right in the heart of Windhoek, close to key business areas, government offices, and easy access to the airport (about 45 minutes). No long transfers after long-haul flights, which is a huge plus when you’re jet-lagged and further travel obligation the following morning. The rooms are modern, spacious, and quiet—perfect for getting work done. High-speed Wi-Fi is reliable (rare in some spots in Namibia), desks are big enough for a laptop and paperwork, and the blackout curtains actually work so you can sleep despite early starts. Beds are comfortable, and housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive. Breakfast is solid for business travelers—good variety (fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, local options), quick service, and you can grab coffee to go if you’re rushing. The on-site restaurant/bar is convenient for late dinners or client meetings without leaving the property. Gym and pool are a nice bonus after long days in the field. Staff are professional and friendly—they remember repeat guests, which makes you feel valued. Check-in is efficient, and any small issues (like a minor room request) get sorted fast.

Wonderful friendly staff, very child friendly . The rooms were beutiful and the weather was amazing. We will happily come again.

It was a wonderful time in the hotel. Especially the waitress at the pool, Laina Shatilul, was kind and she helped us at the pool area and we liked her smile. It was a perfect service.

Always friendly staff. Always helpful and overall good service. Rooms are always up to good standards and always clean. The new pool looks good too!

Upon walking in, I was welcomed with a nice ambiance of hotel lobby, the peraonnel on frontdeak is accommodating and wearing a good smile. Atmosphere was clean and relaxing and a great specially for individual like me who had completed the ratational work. Room ans clean and spacious, toilets are spacy with toiiletries that you need. It is a great value of money for such a great experience.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Location. Gut und modern organisiertes Hotel! Sauberer Pool. Coole Tennispl?tze und Golfen hat auch Spa? gemacht.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal. Lage ist super da ich mich mit der Hubert Schwarz Gruppe auf das Desert Dash Mountainbike Rennen vorbereiten und nahe an der Strecke zum Kupferbergpass liegt.
